For candidates interested in sitting for the CS Foundation Exam in January 2022, ICSI has developed specific eligibility requirements. Make sure you meet the following requirements before applying for the exam. You may find the qualifying requirements for the CS Foundation course listed below.:
A recognized board/university requires that you pass class XII or its equivalent.
Registration for an examination at the Senior Secondary level is not based on a minimum percentage of marks.
The ICSI CS Foundation program is open to students with a Class 10+2 passing grade.
If you meet the qualifying conditions listed below, you can enroll for the CS Course's Executive Programme level immediately.
You are exempt from taking the ICSI CS Exam if you have a degree or postgraduate degree in any discipline (excluding fine arts).
If you have passed in the

CA Foundation by ICAI
Any other accounting facility in India or overseas recognised as comparable by the Institute's Council is likewise exempt.

For Foundation Programme 2022, ICSI has released the Company Secretary registration form. There is no late fee for CS Foundation 2022 Examination till the last date. The examination fee is Rs. 1200 per module. The above-mentioned fee of Rs 1200 is topped off by a late fee of Rs 250.

On the basis of your qualification, use the checklist of documents that applies to you.
1. Photograph of the candidate
2. Signature of the candidate
3. DOB Certificate (10th Pass Certificate)
4. Roll Number (if appearing)
5. 12th Passing certificate/Mark sheet
6. Category Certificate
Now Click on ‘Proceed to Registration’
Select the Course type as the Foundation stage
Fill in other fields.
Click on the option- ‘Make Payment’
Credit/debit cards/net banking or bank challans can be used for payment.
Once payment has been made, you will receive a username and password via your email ID. (You will receive the username and password within 24 hours of payment.)
Please submit documents at the URL provided in your email after you have received your login and password.
Follow the steps given below to gain access to your registered account.:
1.On the ICSI website (http://www.icsi.edu/), click the online services option.
2. Thereafter Click on the login button
3. Enter your Username and Password
4. After logging in, navigate to Students and then "My Account."
5. Click on “Manage Account”
6. Submit documents to the certificate information tab, which is accessible via the manage account option.
7. After uploading all essential papers, download and print the application acknowledgement for future reference.
