A Guide on CSEET Presentation and Communication Skills

Syllabus and Exam Pattern for the CSEET

The syllabus has been posted on the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) website – icsi.edu, for CSEET students. The testing authority offers online classes to prepare students for the CSEET 2022 exam. It is anticipated that the sessions will last for 20 days.

As a result, before sitting for the CS Foundation Exam, students should review the CSEET Exam Syllabus and Exam Pattern to get familiar with the CSEET subjects and important topics covered in the exam to plan their preparation correctly.

 

CSEET have total 4 subjects as below:

Business Communication

Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning

Introduction of Company secretaryship of CS Foundation

 

This exam is administered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is considered to be a qualifying admission test for enrollment into the CS Executive Program." This test is performed four times a year, generally in January, May, July, and November. It is a standardized test conducted at the national level.

The test will be conducted in English, and the goal of achieving it is to train and certify applicants who want to pursue a career as Company Secretaries.  All feild related student can particpate in cs foundation, except, fine art students.

 

Qualification requirements

 

Before applying for CSEET, candidates should ensure that they meet the qualifying requirements. If an applicant wants to be considered for membership, they must fulfill the minimal qualifying requirements established by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

A candidate who has passed or is due to sit for the Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination or an equivalent examination is qualified to enroll in the CSEET. Other than that, candidates who have Graduates/ Post Graduates are eligible for registration CSEET exams. However, students who have already passed CS Foundation Program or had cleared ICAI/ICMAI, are exempted from CSEET exams.

Only resident of India, are eligible for pursuing CSEET and candidates should least be more than 17 years old.

 

Introduction about Current Affairs:

 

Current Affairs assesses broad knowledge, whereas Online Viva Voce assesses communication skills. This topic exposes you to national and international treaties, innovations, sustainability programmes, action plans, and summits undertaken for global economic growth.

This course teaches students to the numerous factors that influence the economic world. Students are required to be aware of the numerous efforts undertaken by national and international organisations for the advancement of the country in the fields of science, technology, sustainable development, space exploration, and so on. In addition, the institution includes a viva voce where students are asked to answer questions by either listening to questions (audio clips) or speaking on a specific subject or defining a phrase, therefore assessing your listening and communication abilities.

International and national affairs, financial affairs, political affairs, legal affairs, functions and composition of different international organizations, aims and goals established at various conferences and summits

Syllabus and Exam Pattern for the CSEET in 2022

 

There are four papers for the CSEET 2022 test in total. Each paper in the CSEET Syllabus is separated into portions based on the units covered in each examination section. Candidates should thoroughly review the modules and analyze the syllabus before proceeding.

Although the first three papers in the CSEET Syllabus and Exam Pattern will have 35 questions each, the fourth paper on current affairs will have 15 questions, according to the syllabus and exam pattern.

Candidates must get at least 50 percent in aggregate and 40 percent in each paper out of a possible total of 200 points to be considered successful.

 

Current Affairs, Presentation and Communication Skills (Viva Voce) (Paper 4): CSEET Syllabus/ Study Materials  

 

The purpose of the first portion of this examination is to evaluate whether or not the candidates are aware of or have appropriate knowledge of current affairs of national and universal relevance. The participants' listening and writing abilities will be evaluated during the viva-voce portion of the examination.

Objective: To evaluate the participants' knowledge of current occurrences of national and international relevance by asking them questions regarding it. It must have been necessary to evaluate the candidates' listening and writing abilities.
